This section keeps record of the entire information of the student community. This section caters to the needs of the student’s right from the date of their admission in the college till they leave the college. All the details regarding admissions/promotions/re-admissions etc. can be obtained from this section.

Apart from the above, the services of issue of identity cards, bonfide certificates, transfer certificates, railway concession forms to students, collection of tuition fees from students etc. come under the purview of this section.

PMC (Performance Monitoring Cell)

The primary duty of the PMC is to ensure the smooth functioning of the academic activity in the institution. It works under the guidance and the supervision of the Director. Of course for the effective functioning of the cell the Director is assisted by a team of Teaching and non-teaching staff.

Assignments of PMC:

  • Monitoring the class- work with the help of weekly reports submitted by class representatives and fortnight repots submitted by faculty members.

  • Displaying the attendance procured by the students on monthly basis. Subsequently, cautioning the students who fall short of the required attendance percentage.

  • Forwarding the statement of the student’s attendance / internal marks to the University authorities at the end of every semester.

  • Maintaining the minutes of the weekly faculty meetings conducted by the Director.

  • Looking into the eligibility conditions and giving directive to those students who wish to join courses under management quota.

  • Initiating disciplinary action against those students who found guilty by violating norms of the institution.

  • Collection and analysis’s of student feed back semester wise.

  • Redressing of grievances by faculty and students.
