Sri. K.Kameswara Rao, is a postgraduate in Law and
retired as Law Officer in Andhra Pradesh Housing Board, Hyderabad. He is a practicing
Advocate and Notary.
Born on May 31st 1929, Sri. Kameswara Rao has varied interests in
Theatre and Philanthropic Activities. He was conferred with numerous awards like
“Samskrutisevak” for his services in the cultural and social fields. He was the
founder and Managing Trustee of Kavipurapu Trust, First Jt.Secretary of Sree Thyagaraya
Ganasabha, Hyderabad, former Treasurer of Private Engineering Colleges Management
Association, Founder Chairman, AP Brahmin Families Welfare Fund Trust, Ex-President of
Santiniketan Cooperative Housing Society etc.
He has contributed articles on theatre movements in AP, Problems of
Amateur Theatre and Children’s Theatre.
