Sri M.B.S.Purushottam, is an Industrialist of repute. Born on 26th May
1932, Sri. Purushottam is an AMIE (Electronics). He has been actively associated with
Electronics industry development in Hyderabad. He founded many industries notable of which
are Kadevi Engineering Company, Kushaiguda, Hyderabad, Secunderabad Industries,
Kavadiguda, Secunderbad, which mainly cater to export substitution items useful for
Defence.
Before starting his own industry, he worked for 12 years in Hyderabad
Police Wireless and State Broadcasting Departments. He is a member of Lions Club of
Hyderabad and Fellow - Institution of Engineers and Institute of Electronics &
Telecommunication Engineers. He was the Founder member & Past President of Andhra
Pradesh Electronic Industries Association.
His group of companies have 8 Patents and has received awards for Import
Substitution and earns precious Foreign Exchange through Exports.
