To ensure better interaction with the students and to attend to varied activities of the administration, different committers were formed by the Institution. A few staff members and identified students are members in the committees. Each committee addresses the issue first by having threadbare discussions between themselves and come to a solution. This is then put to the administration/management for decision making. This method ensures better analysis of a situation and thus reduces the workload on the administration.
